> Inkbite (in-game model: Shinobi Knives) - A commissioned set of knives meant to go hand-in-hand with her pictomancy. One of the knives has a brush attached to the end of the hilt and inside has a compartment for paint cartridges, activatable with a nearby trigger.

Topics of Research: Currently, Aki is a student of the Studium in Sharlayan, studying aetherology, pictomancy, botany, and alchemy. Those of the Studium may have perhaps seen her around before, either on the campus or in classes. In addition, she's currently in the midst of an independent study project, scouring places that have been heavily affected by elemental aether and its impacts on local flora. Always possible to have run into the Raen in such cases.
Bottomless Pit of a Stomach: Self-explanatory. One may see her just devour huge bowls of food and still be hungry. At this point in time, the only thing that has beaten that black hole in her body has been a bowl of seemingly endless meat. Perhaps you've seen her at a restaurant and wondered where in the hells she keeps everything she puts into her mouth.

Background

Aki had woken up one day in an infirmary with zero recollection of who she was. No name, no past, no memory of anything whatsoever. The one who rescued her, a doctor who completed their study out of Sharlayan, had found her nearly drowning not far off the East Othard coastline, and had rescued her from what would have likely been a certain death. Bad news was that from here on out, she had zero idea who she was, almost no one to lean on, and nowhere to go. Good news was that she had a blank slate on her and nowhere to go but up. She'd get put into a bit of minor work while physically rehabilitating, learning bits of skills to survive and live off on her own before getting put in with some place to hunker down on her own.Having pulled some strings from her medical study days, the doctor would get Aki in for some education over in Sharlayan. Originally, it was just in a field she felt interested in - aetherology - alongside a few minor subjects. Though recently, the emerging classes for pictomancy did give her a good amount of interest, and she's been learning ever since.Thankfully, her past - whatever it may be - hasn't come to creep up and distract her from her life. To her, she honestly wouldn't care any less about it, even if it looked at her straight in the face. She's already got enough to experience at the moment, already.
